Responding to ENSOTime Scales for ENSO Responses
The process of designing response strategies to ENSO events and to climate variability in general needs to occur over a variety of time periods, not just when an ENSO event is forecast or has already started. The actions we can take at each of these times vary, and the climate information you may need varies accordingly.
