An extensive training 3.5 week training to build capacity for “in house” climate services provision with junior Meteo Rwanda staff. Training topics included the Climate Predictability Tool (CPT), the IRI Data Library, Meteo Rwanda maprooms, as well as background on meteorology and seasonal to sub seasonal time scales.
