Technical workshop on climate risk management in agriculture: Tool development and applications for National Agriculture and Forestry Research Institute (NAFRI). The objectives were: (a)Enhance capacity of NAFRI on climate risk management in agriculture (b )Transfer knowledge about IRI tools and techniques for linking climate with agricultural and hydrological models
