This training provided overview of seasonal prediction methodologies and specifically meteorological drought prediction for climate personnel from across Vietnam. Participants came from National Center for Hydrological and Meteorological Forecasting, Vietnam Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Climate Change (IMHEN), and regional meteorological offices.
