Here I'm going to review the variability (seasonal cycle and year-to-year) of NDVI, rainfall and temperature in the districts of Madagascar where malaria is epidemical. Those data are gridded so I will perform SVD on them, but I will also "district-ize" them to look at the cluster analysis.
